How to Extract PDF Pages
1. Select and upload your PDF file via the drop zone.
2. Enter the page numbers you wish to extract in the options input box:
・Individual Pages: Separate page numbers with commas (e.g., 2, 4, 7).
・Page Range: Use hyphens to define ranges (e.g., 3-6).
3. Click the "Process" button to start extraction.
4. Save the generated PDF document containing only the extracted pages using the "Download File" button.

Q. How should I specify the pages to extract?
Use commas to separate single pages and hyphens for page ranges. For example, typing "1, 3, 5-8" will extract pages 1, 3, 5, 6, 7, and 8.
Q. Will the extracted pages be separate files or merged?
All specified pages are merged together in the designated order and exported as a single PDF. If you want separate files for each page, please use our PDF Splitter tool.
Q. Will the extracted document lose quality or text metadata?
No. The tool copies original page object streams without re-rendering or compression. The text layers and image resolutions remain 100% intact.
Q. Is there any risk of private file leaks?
No. The entire process occurs inside your local browser memory using client-side JavaScript. No file elements are sent to or saved on our servers.
Q. Can I extract pages from a password-locked PDF?
No, secured files cannot be read directly. Please decrypt the file using our Unlock tool first, then upload the cleared document.
Q. Can I reorder pages while extracting them?
Yes. The engine reconstructs the PDF using the exact order specified in your input (e.g., typing "3, 1, 5" compiles page 3 first, then page 1, then page 5). For drag-and-drop ordering, use our Reorder tool.
Q. Are there size or page limits?
You can process PDF files up to 100MB in size. There is no limit on the number of pages.
