How to Add Footer to PDF
1. Select and upload the PDF file you want to insert a footer into via the drop zone.
2. Type in your custom footer text (e.g. copyright notices, company name, date).
3. Choose the alignment on the bottom of the paper (Left, Center, or Right).
4. Configure font size, text color, and margins.
5. Check the option to exclude the first page if you wish to skip the cover.
6. Click the "Process" button.
7. Download the processed document using the "Download File" button.

You can enter any custom text including copyrights, creation notes, company names, dates, or classification labels.
Q. Can I select the position of the footer?
Yes. You can position the text at the Bottom-Left, Bottom-Center, or Bottom-Right of each page.
Q. Can I skip footer placement on the cover page?
Yes. By checking the option to skip the first page, the cover page remains clean, and the footer will only print from page 2 onward.
Q. Can I adjust text color, sizes, and opacity?
Yes. Font sizes, text colors, and opacity levels (transparency) can be adjusted to match your layout guidelines.
Q. Is there any leak risk for my uploaded files?
None. All processes are handled using JavaScript within your local browser memory. Files are never transmitted to or saved on our servers.
Q. Can I add a footer to password-protected files?
No. Secure files cannot be processed directly. Please decrypt the file using our Unlock tool first, then upload it for editing.

No. The system supports multi-language glyphs and standard font rendering internally, ensuring characters draw correctly.
